What will I do?
This position is responsible for establishment of all new Chatterspot clients into the database system. This will include content creation and product event launches. The Onboarding specialist will maintain client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and value.
What will my day look like?
The Onboarding Specialist will be the first point of contact after the Sales Executive has made their sale! This individual will assume full ownership of client interaction and success. You will be the primary client contact on all set-up questions and content solutions! If you enjoy delivering impeccable customer service and while providing custom client content, this role is for you!

Requirements
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive sales management or automotive account management. Automotive marketing experience preferred.
